East Nashville-based psych/punk/garage rock label Cold Lunch Recordings needs your help. The label’s cofounder, Caroline Bowman, was recently diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome, a debilitating nervous system disorder. To help with Bowman’s treatment expenses, The 5 Spot will host a benefit show called Everything Hurts Fest this Sunday. The lineup includes Sad Baxter, TWEN, Meth Dad, Ghastly Mike Hackenslash, and many, many more.
