3/2: Creature Comfort, Kerchief, and Quiet Oaks at Little Harpeth

The last time we chatted with local indie outfit Creature Comfort, they were fresh off the heels of winning Lightning 100’s annual Road to Roo competition and enjoying the buzz from their then-new single “Common John.”

In the time since, the band has changed up their lineup and hit the studio with Athens, Georgia, producer Drew Vandenberg (Toro Y Moi, Of Montreal, Faye Webster) for their upcoming LP. Though that record’s release is TBD, Saturday’s show at Little Harpeth will see Creature Comfort—who haven’t played a full set of originals in eight months—unveiling the new sound and lineup for the first time. Also on the bill are Chattanooga indie-pop trio Kerchief and the local Southern rockers Quiet Oaks. And of course, all your favorite beer from Little Harpeth will be on tap all night.

Doors are at 7 p.m. For more info, go here.
