2 oz Smith and Cross Jamaican Rum
1/2 oz Carpano Bianco Vermouth
1/2 oz Carpano Dry Vermouth
1/4 oz Luxardo Maraschino Originale
1 dash Angostura bitters
2 dashes Regans’ Orange Bitters No. 6
orange peel for garnish
Combine all ingredients with cubed ice in a mixing glass. Stir to combine and chill. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Cut the orange peel into a 2- to 3-inch strip. Squeeze the peel over the drink to express the oils. Lightly rub the rim of the glass with the peel. Twirl the peel into a twist and serve on the rim of the glass.
