This low-sugar, coffee-infused rye is delicious straight out of the bottle or on the rocks. My first taste was on a cold day, and my brain immediately went to an Irish coffee. THE GOODS:
1.5 oz Red Eye Rye
Top with soft peak whipped cream*
*2 cups heavy cream
2 tablespoons granular sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
