The B-Side Social returns! The Nashville Jazz Workshop is bringing the popular, informal event back for 2018, but on a different day. This year, the socials will take place on Thursdays and the doors will open at 6:30 p.m.
The socials feature up-and-coming musicians and singers in Nashville’s jazz community. On March 29, vocalist Bethany Merritt will be performing in the Jazz Cave. Merritt is a graduate of Belmont and currently works as an adjunct professor at Nashville State, where she also teaches the college’s first jazz ensemble. Tickets for the social can be purchased online.
