5/5: Sevier Park Fest

This Saturday, Friends of Sevier Park and Glidden are hosting the sixth annual Sevier Park Fest. Beginning at 10 a.m., the free event includes the best of local food, art, music, and even pet adoption opportunities.

There’s also going to be four stages with live music and a book mobile from Parnassus Books. No event is complete without gastronomical elements, though. That’s why the 12 South Edley’s is hosting a hot chicken eating contest, and Las Palmas is bringing you Nashville’s longest burrito.

More information on the festival is available on its website.
