Cocktail of the Month: Clover Club

Clover Club

2 oz Beefeater Gin
3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz raspberry syrup
1/4 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
1 egg white
1 raspberry


Add all ingredients except the raspberry to a shaker and shake. Add ice and shake again, then double strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with a skewered raspberry.
