Cocktail of the Month: The Green Hour

1 oz absinthe

1 oz organic heavy cream

1/2 oz green creme de menthe

1/2 oz light creme de cacao

1/4 oz orgeat

1 egg white



Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake, strain, and serve up. Garnish with star anise and freshly grated nutmeg.
